它的活力有一大因素是來自於“自然酒”的禮物，栽種時最少的干擾、釀造時不過濾、不添加二氧化硫，它是一支活的酒。

記得喝之前將瓶身溫和的旋轉與倒立一番，將酵母暫停發酵（發酵過程中只採用來自葡萄園或酒窖的天然酵母，不使用商業酵母），飲用前暫停發酵避免接觸空氣變得更酸。


Characteristics: 

Aromatic, refreshing and verylight natural wine with typical Muscat aromas and delicate elderflower scent.In addition, unfiltered and without the addition of sulfites. Therefore turnthe bottle over and swirl gently so that the yeast  gets into suspension again. Best served wellchilled.
