Pét-Nat即為 Pétillant-naturel，指的是任何一種以古老作法製成的氣泡酒：葡萄酒在第一次發酵結束前就得先裝瓶，並不再額外加酵母或糖，顏色可以是紅、白或粉紅。這跟香檳及其它氣泡酒的做法相反（釀好的葡萄酒裝瓶後再加入酵母及糖進行二次發酵）。

這種古法較簡單豪邁，瓶蓋也非軟木塞，而是類似啤酒用的金屬瓶蓋。完成的氣泡酒風味也較難預料，受裝瓶時間及地點影響而不同，每開一瓶都是一個驚喜。


特色：

接骨木花與麝香的香氣。葡萄柚的口感，充滿果香的氣泡酒，是一款適合任何場合都可以的酒，建議要冰至0度C來飲用。

An animating Pétillant Naturelwith scent of elderflowers and and Muscatel aromas. Grapefruit. On the lees andno sulphites added. Fine perlage and invigorating acidity. A light,fruity sparkling wine for every occasion.

Theyeast turbidity also gives the Pet Nat a creamy, delicate touch. Therefore,turn the bottle over and swirl it gently so that the yeast gets into suspensionagain. Enjoy ice cold and ice (0 ° C) before opening.
