德國品客士酒廠 ：西元1816年德國Mueller先生與其老婆創立老的釀啤酒酒廠，一直到西元1928年第三代的Pinkus先生從釀酒學院畢業，正式介入家中事業至今已經接近200年的歷史！他們開始於1978年就使用有機原料來製造有機啤酒，為了就是美味與健康兼顧的考量，當時並沒有所謂商機因素，可是他們早已經致力生產有機啤酒了！

百年家族事業可以經得起時代考驗，而且深受消費者喜愛不變，只賴 ”堅持“兩字。

堅持用好的原料、堅持傳統技術、堅持最好的品質。

特色: 德國歡慶時候最能夠陪伴代表的是..黑啤酒!!! 它是一支厚重拉格啤酒，外觀呈現酒紅棕色係，入口即能感受堅果與乾果混合香氣首度衝擊嗅覺，接著更加明顯堅果混合新鮮麥香，伴隨著似乎烤焦糖的溫暖香氣，都是因為熟成大麥深度底層發酵才激發得出來。
