11月底採收的結霜葡萄，它與加拿大冰酒最大差別在於葡萄本身糖度的挑選酒不相同。

加拿大冰酒的規定是糖分不得低於35度以下，奧地利則是偏愛不甜的冰酒。

此款冰酒呈淡金黃色，強烈香濃的黃蘋果、百香果芬芳撲鼻，品嘗到微妙的杏梅和蜂蜜的甜味，接著一陣清新的柑橘酸味，沁香的酸與溫柔的甜完美融合在口中留有悠久綿長的回味。

雷司令葡萄是最常見的用來生產冰酒的葡萄品種，被德國與奧地利釀酒師認為是最為高貴的葡萄。
